I see some crazy outlandish stories on Yahoo! Answers, some quite obviously are supposed to be jokes or satirical, but there’s always at least one commenter that takes everything at face value. I would love to meet these people. And offer them a timeshare in Florida.

Hi there,
On December 30 2007, I bought a timeshare estate in Florida, when they sold me the vacation club it was marvelous, but at the time I went online to book then was terrible, they told me I have to book my vacation between 45 days, for sure I would have accommodations and I did and there’s was not room available for the next three months, and no exactly on the city I wanted to go……. so I found other stuffs that are not really what the sold me….
Is there any possibility I can quit this timeshare, I have a loan for 10 years….. Is there any legal advise, please. I’m so sorry I bought this timeshare…. HELP PLEASE….

I bought a timeshare years ago that I honestly can’t see myself ever using! My week is coming up next month and I can’t take off work. I would rather sell this thing at a major loss on my part and stop thinking about how much money I wasted.
Where can I get a few thousand for my timeshare? It’s the Palm Beach Shores Resort in South Florida. I have it listed with Vacation Register who guaranteed a sale in 6 months…that was 2 years ago.
I purchased the timeshare while vacationing from Texas in South Florida. In September 2006, I realized I wasn’t ever going to be able to use it. For one, I was living in Miami! Now I live in the panhandle of FL…

the hospital sent my bill to collections and I was making payments and they did not even give me any kind of warning they were sending it to collections isnt there a statute in florida ;that prevents them to send to collections with out any warning first dont they have to give you 60 days I used to work with a timeshare company in collections and i forgot what the statute was in florida before you can send someone to collections

I received email from this company & when i phoned the free phone number it went to USA. It is a timeshare company but it is for holiday to florida & bahamas for £249 if i pay today over phone. Has anyone rec’d any offer like this? is it genuine or con? company is called summer bay resort. thanks
